Returns + Exchanges

 

RETURNS:

We will gladly issue a refund for the value of the full priced merchandise, ordered through our website, within 30 days of purchase.  Refunds will be processed once we receive the return.  Worn or used merchandise is NOT eligible for return and WILL NOT be accepted by our returns department.  We do not refund the original shipping charges on the order.  If item was not purchased from RMSGLOVE.COM, but from another source or retailer, your return must be made directly to the retailer, based upon their own return policy.  

In order to receive a full refund on items returned, the item(s) have to be returned (i) within 30 days from date of purchase from RMSGOLFGLOVE.COM’s website; (ii) with proof of purchase; (iii) with a completed return form, which is available here; (iv) in the original packaging and be in unworn, unused and undamaged condition.

*RMS Glove will gladly reimburse for shipping charges up to $5 on returned items only if:

  • Item is defective

  • Wrong item was shipped

For orders being sent to our Returns Department, we recommend that you send via traceable means with a tracking number from your shipping provider. You will be responsible for return shipment costs (*please see above for reimbursable shipping circumstances). RMS Glove, LLC is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment.

Once the item has reached RMS Glove, please allow for 5-10 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.  If you provided an email address on the return form, we will notify you via email when your return has been received and processed.

If you are unable to comply fully with the return policy, unfortunately you may not be entitled to a full refund or any refund.
